Acknowledgment of country

Polyglot acknowledges that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and create, and we pay our respects to Elders past and present. For more than 65,000 years, children and families have created and played here, and we are grateful to make our art on this country too.

Kids Space

If you’re a child, we’re glad you’re visiting this page! We don’t often get many young visitors here as the website is mostly for adults, but you are very important to us, so please have a look at what we have especially for you.

There are worlds of possibilities to explore when you’re at home! Polyglot’s ingenious artists have put together a heap of fun things for kids and their families to make and do, using bits and pieces from the backyard, kitchen drawers and recycling bin. While these creative activities are for everyone, some participants may need assistance with things like using scissors, bending and cutting wire or ripping tape. We suggest children and their adults choose and watch a video, gather materials, and then create and play together.
