Acknowledgment of country

Polyglot acknowledges that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and create, and we pay our respects to Elders past and present. For more than 65,000 years, children and families have created and played here, and we are grateful to make our art on this country too.

  • Separation Street wins the inaugural Green Room Award for Innovation in Contemporary Performance for Young People.
  • 5678 Film Club, our Kids Collaborations project with St Joseph’s Primary School in Collingwood, begins.
  • In Your Hands – our collaboration with Tjanpi Desert Weavers and FORM – has its first creative development in Melbourne. 
  • The first of four years of residencies at Warringa Park Specialist School takes place.
