Acknowledgment of country

Polyglot acknowledges that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and create, and we pay our respects to Elders past and present. For more than 65,000 years, children and families have created and played here, and we are grateful to make our art on this country too.

Your generosity supports a world where all children are empowered: artistically, culturally, socially.

Polyglot’s unique theatre experiences take different forms so that we can reach children everywhere. Kids and their families can create and play with us in parks, major venues, community centres, city streets, football grounds, schools. Wherever we are, our work gives children the agency to be in control, to communicate their ideas and imagination, and experience joy and connection.

Pass It On production photo: Alvin Ho, Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay, Singapore. A child in an orange jumper climbs through a large cardboard tube. They smile at the camera.

Polyglot is driven by children’s rights, as recognised by the United Nations, to play, participation in arts and culture, and freedom of expression. Since 2018, more than 156,000 children and families have been able to access Polyglot’s work for free; 83% of our total audience.

To keep dreaming, making and touring, we need champions who share our vision. Audiences to join our creative adventures. Partners to present our performances and events. Peers and advocates to collaborate. Funders, sponsors and donors to provide financial stability from which our artistry can soar.

Together, we make Polyglot everything it is.

You too can be part of Polyglot.

Your generosity supports a world where all children are empowered:
