Acknowledgment of country

Polyglot acknowledges that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and create, and we pay our respects to Elders past and present. For more than 65,000 years, children and families have created and played here, and we are grateful to make our art on this country too.

A-Tingle A-Tangle

A Tangle production photo. A child looks sideways as they maneuver themselves amongst many coloured elastic strands. Some strands are in front of the child and some strands are behind the child.

It’s a simple concept and one my kids have played with at home – grab a ball of string and wind it around anything and everything! The elastic means that you can pull, stretch and bounce in the dense weave and over the course of four days the sculpture becomes bigger and bigger.
