Acknowledgment of country

Polyglot acknowledges that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and create, and we pay our respects to Elders past and present. For more than 65,000 years, children and families have created and played here, and we are grateful to make our art on this country too.

Tzo Zen Ang

Tzo Zen is a strategic advisor and executive leader working across arts and culture. With a foundation in consulting from McKinsey and experience as COO at the Royal Academy of Arts and MD at the Courtauld Institute, she is now an independent advisor supporting cultural organisations to grow and thrive. Her work spans audience revenue optimisation, strategic innovation, and organisational health—combining analytical rigour with a deep understanding of people and change. Tzo Zen holds a PhD in Zoology from the University of Cambridge, and is based in Sydney with her young family.
