Acknowledgment of country

Polyglot acknowledges that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and create, and we pay our respects to Elders past and present. For more than 65,000 years, children and families have created and played here, and we are grateful to make our art on this country too.

Pram People workshops at March On 2025 (Singapore)

Pram People is touring to Singapore—and we need your help to bring it to life!

Presented by Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay

Pram People celebrates the highs and lows of navigating the world with a small human. Designed for both pram-pushers and pram-riders, this unique performance is touring to Singapore—and we need your help to bring it to life!

Join this workshop for parents, carers, babies, and toddlers to create and play with the Polyglot Theatre team. Using simple materials, movement, sound, and storytelling, participants will explore the relationship between adults and their little ones.

Adults (parents, grandparents, caregivers, helpers) can also share their stories and memories of their parenting and caregiving experiences, in supportive and non-judgemental conversations. These conversations will be recorded and used anonymously in the Singapore version of Pram People, which will be presented by Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay.

*Please note that audio recordings of participants will be taken at this workshop.

This project has been assisted by the Australian Government through Creative Australia, its principal arts investment and advisory body. Polyglot Theatre is also supported by the Victorian Government through Creative Victoria.
